Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes.

We first made a lemon and poppyseed cake then after the cake we made the most amazing strawberry cheesecake cupcakes. The strawberry cheesecake cupcakes would have to be one of my favorite recipes ever and are from the Hummingbird Bakery cook book.

The recipe is under the cut.
