Jai & Aimee's Cheesy Chicken Parma.

This Chicken Parma is one of the very first dishes I made with my lovely boyfriend Jai.
It's really simple and real comfort food and doesn't take too much time to whip up :)

You will need:
2 chicken breast fillets
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbs Dolmio tomato sauce
4 slices of wafer thin smoked ham
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Krummies (enough to crumb fillets)
Kellogs Cornflake Crumbs (enough to crumb fillets)
Plain flour (enough to coat)

1. Gather ingredients, grate the cheese and beat the egg.
Mix the Krummies & Cornflake Crumbs together. Place egg, flour & crumb mixture into three seperate bowls.

2. Butterfly the chicken breast fillets by placing your palm flat down on the chicken breast to hold it in place, then slide the knife into the side of the breast and continue to slowly cut horizontally until you almost, but not quite cut through the whole fillet. Open up the chicken breast like a book & you're done!

3. Coat the fillets in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, then completly cover in the crumb mixture.

4. Fry on a medium heat until cooked all the way through.

5. Transfer to a baking tray & spread the sauce over the top. Then place two slices of ham on each & cover in the cheese. Then pop in to the oven on a medium heat until the cheese is melted to your liking.
